Michelle Waller brings a rare blend of legal precision and genuine heart to her work in real estate. Originally from South Florida, she relocated to Upstate South Carolina in 2005 and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the lifestyle, community, and natural beauty the region offers. She began her real estate career in 2019.
With an impressive 27-year background as a paralegal, Michelle is highly skilled in contract review, attention to detail, and navigating complex transactions with clarity and care. This foundation allows her clients to feel confident and informed every step of the way—whether they are buying their first home, selling a property, or making a strategic investment.
Known for her warm, approachable nature, Michelle believes real estate is about more than transactions—it’s about relationships, trust, and helping people step into their next chapter. She takes the time to truly understand her clients’ goals and works diligently to guide them toward the right decisions with honesty and professionalism.
Outside of real estate, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son, often at the lake with friends or exploring the mountains of North Georgia off-road. She has a deep love for animals and is a passionate supporter of local humane societies. At home, she is kept company by her two beloved yellow labs, Daisy and Dallas.
