Meet Danette
A career defined by service, integrity, and an unrelenting drive for excellence. Danette Cogdill’s journey in real estate began in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1989, during one of the most dynamic markets in history. With over 200 new builders and an energy that was absolutely electric, she found her calling, immersing herself in the industry, consistently selling between 10 and 15 new homes a month. That momentum led to a career highlight: being named the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona’s Realtor of the Year in 1995 for selling the most new homes in Phoenix.
After nearly a decade of helping families find their dream homes, her own family’s relocation to Greenville, SC, marked a new chapter. Unfamiliar with the local landscape, she paused her real estate career and answered another calling—healthcare. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clemson University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner. This summer, she will complete her academic journey by earning her Doctor of Nursing from the University of Southern California (USC).
Today, she runs her own successful urgent care practice, devoting her days to her patients’ health and well-being. Yet, her love for real estate never faded. After years of building deep roots and an intimate knowledge of the Upstate, the pull to return became undeniable. Greenville is no longer unfamiliar territory—it is home. She knows its neighborhoods, its rhythms, and its people, and she is ready to serve this community in a whole new way.
